Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful condo located in the South Seas Club on Marco's famous white sand crescent beach. Included in the club facilities are 10 tennis courts 1 hard and 10 soft, exercise room and a social room. Our condo is exceptionally well equipped with many extras for your comfort and convenience. We use and on-Island rental agency for booking so you can be sure that your rental is secure and that you have someone local to call should you have any need for assistance while there. The relaxing atmosphere of our condo along with the palm trees swaying in the wind with the beach just beyond make for an exceptionally relaxing vacation. All you need to bring are your personal items. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, Marco is the place to go.

Area Description

Marco Island is a semi-tropical paradise located just off the coast of Florida. It is considered to be the Gateway to the Everglades. Its proximity to the mainland makes it a great place to enjoy many activities in the area. You are situated right between Naples and the Everglades. This makes many opportunities for exploring, sight seeing, beach going, shelling, boating and many other activities very accessible. So no matter what you want, a relaxing beach going vacation or more activity, it is all within reach.

Rental Rates Summary

Off-Season (Mid April to Mid Dec) $825 for 1-2 occupants $25 each additional

On Season (Mid Dec thru Mid April) Variable, but generally $1800 for 1-2 occupants, $1850 for 4 and $1900 for 5

Please add 10% FL tax, $50 rental agent fee, and a $20 parking/registration fee.
