Georgeous luxury beachfront condo remodeled in 2007. Located on the beach in the South Seas Club it offers panoramic views from balcony including the beach and pool area. Our condo is very well equipped with many extras for your comfort and convenience. All you need to bring are your personal items. Enjoy the warmth and serenety of Marco Island from one of our exceptional condos. You can choose to just relax or take advantage of one of the many activities locally or within a short distance.

Although privately owned, we use a rental agency located right down the street in case you need any assistance while on vacation. You will make your reservations through our agent to guarantee a secure experience with no surprises.

Area Description

Marco Island is a peaceful semi-tropical resort area which is host to many vacationers throughout the year. Located close to the Everglades and Naples it offers a wide variety of water sports, excursions, sight seeing tours, shelling cruises, nature tours as well as many different restaurants to choose from. The South Seas Club has 10 Tennis courts, one hard and 9 soft, an exercise room and a social room.

Rental Rates Summary

Off season (Mid April thru Mid Dec) $900 for 1-2 occupants, $950 for 3-4
On Season (Mid Dec thru Mid April) $1900 for 1-2 occupants, $1950 for 3-4.

Please add 10% FL tax, $50 rental agent fee, $20 parking/registration fee.
