June - $2200 / Week,
July - $2400 / Week,
August - $2400 / Week,
Weeks run Saturday to Saturday in summer.

September - May:
Two Night Minimum - $300 per night,
$2000 per week, (holidays: slightly higher),
$4000 per month (no tax if more than 31 days).

Deposit & Taxes
Hotel Occupancy Tax:
10.5% is additional on stays 31 days and under.

$ 200 Refundable Security Deposit,
$ 500 for monthly stays.
Security deposit is refunded by mail.
