Vacation Rental Description

Myrtle Beach Resort condo is a great place to vacation. Our two-bedroom/two-bath condo is in a gated resort that provides security for you and your family. New on site 450 ft Heated Lazy River.
This newly remodeled condo is conveniently located on the first floor - only a few steps to the Lazy River and close to the beach, tennis courts, and pools. Sliding glass doors lead to the comfortable outside private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful Atlantic Ocean breezes.
The condo sleeps six. The two attractively decorated bedrooms include a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds. The second full bath is situated off the spacious living room, which includes a queen-size sofa/sleeper, a new comfortable recliner and a wet bar.
The fully equipped kitchen includes complete table settings for six, spices, paper towels and dishwasher. We also have?added new ceramic tile floors, new dining room furntiure and recliner.
Additional amenities include cable with a 27in TV and both DVD and VCR in living room and a wall mounted?TV in the Master Bedroom, phones in Master Bedroom and Kitchen, wall mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms. We also have a new heating and central air conditioning system.
This condo is only two minutes from the ocean, tennis courts, a large (the largest oceanfront pool in Myrtle Beach) and small outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, and an exercise room.
After one stay in our vacation home, you will want to keep returning.
Linens, departure cleaning and security guest pass are all included in our very competitive prices. 10% mandatory SC Rental Tax.
This is a non-smoking unit. You must be at least 23 years old to rent our condo.
