This is a first floor end unit in the newly renovated River Run Condominiums, which offer lovely, tree-lined grounds and steps leading right down to the river. We are walking distance from the famous Schlitterbahn! The condo is clean, comfortable and spacious. The interior has been renovated, and everything is new. There is a large double balcony, with river view. The condo offer a fully stocked kitchen, with towels and linens provided.

 

Area Description

River Overlook condo is located on the banks,at the beginning of the beautiful spring-fed Comal River. The location is within walking distance of the Historic downtown New Braunfels, where a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and amusements are plentiful!

Directly across the Comal River from Hinman Island Park, the is just above the city tube chute, with direct river access and tubing outfitters nearby. Landa Park, Schlitterbahn and Wurstfest are close, also.
