This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is situated on a canal within 300 feet from the Indian River/Mosquito Lagoon. We are famous for our fishing, shrimping and boating. Wake up to watch the beautiful sunrises, the manatee playing and the osprey catching their breakfast just outside your door. It is completely furnished with everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. A fully equipped open kitchen looks out to the wide canal where you can park your boat at the dock in the back yard. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, love seat and big screen TV with satellite service.  Easily sleeps six. The large dining area provides more of the wonderful river views.  All linens provided.  Full size washer/dryer available for your convenience.Covered carport with plenty of space for parking. Just 15 minutes from New Smyrna Beach. We are about one hr from Disney, other theme parks and Orlando. Local steak and seafood restaurants nearby. Our local fishing guides can help you catch that prized redfish or trout you're looking for!! You can grill your fresh catch on the gas grill on the deck. A refundable security/cleaning fee deposit is required. NO smoking inside. Pets allowed with approval. Holiday and special events rates may vary. Just bring your clothes and come RELAX!!!!!
