Welcome to our 1532 SF spacious Townhouse condo in Princeville Resort on Kauai. You are welcome to come and stay at our private residence condo during your special vacation to Kauai.
Situated on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific and between 2 champion golf courses, with fantastic landscaping. With a new roof, insulation and paintins for all buildings, our unit features an ocean, mtn, and sunset views. A large Pool is next door, with a private path to Anini Beach close by.
Area DescriptionPrinceville, Kauai is on the North shore bluffs of Kauai, the "Garden Isle". Blossoms abound on trees, bushes and vines everywhere. The highest point receives over 400 inches of rain per year, enabling the lush growth, waterfalls and navigable rivers. Kauai is the ONLY island in Hawaii that has navigable rivers! Wailua River has motor launch and tours and the Hanalei River and Bay features kayak tours. Site of many feature motion picture filming sites, there is a tour that takes you to see them.

1. A refundable $300 deposit is paid when making your reservation.
2. Our Room Rate is: $125 per night, plus Hawaii tax and $130 Cleaning Service fee.
A 7 night stay, including tax and cleaning would be $1105.10.
