Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the Sands Ocean Club, where you can experience sand, sun, and the ultimate in fun and relaxation. The Sands Ocean Club is located on Shore Drive, home of the famous Ocean Annie's oceanfront outdoor bar and has a reputation for being one of the most fun and exciting resorts in Myrtle Beach. As you bask in the sunshine at the outdoor pool or the lazy river you will enjoy live music daily. If you prefer the indoors, the resort offers a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a game room, gift shop, convenience store, and a golf shop. And what would vacation be without food? The Sands offers dining at the Windows Oceanfront resturant or if you choose, grab a handful of peanuts and the best burger in town at the River City Cafe' located poolside. When the sun goes down and the party moves inside, enjoy cocktails and entertainment at the Sandels Lounge.



The Sands Ocean Club is located on Shore Drive, minutes from great food, shopping, golf, and of course is located right on the ocean. Step off of the pool deck and onto the beach. We are offering an oceanview efficiency condo that accomodates 4 people. The condo comes complete with two double beds, an efficiency kitchen including a diswasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, cable TV, heat and air conditioning, and an in room iron and ironing board. The condo features a private balcony so you can watch the sun come up in the morning and set in the evening. Coin operated laundry facilities are available on site.



Renters must be 25 years of age of accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Rentals are standard of Saturday to Saturday. Our rentals are for one week at a time rather than renting day to day. If you are interested in less than a full week, contact us. If the unit has not been rented, we may make exceptions to the week rental rule.



RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN TOWELS AND TOILETRIES. Linens for the beds are supplied. There is no daily cleaning service. The unit will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned upon your departure in preparation for the next guest. This is a privately owned and operated unit, and this allows us to keep the rent lower.

 

Area Description

This resort is convenient to everything great in Myrtle Beach. You can walk down the beach to the Apache Pier (which you can see from the room), or hop in the car and head to Barefoot Landing and Resturant Row less than 4 miles away. If you haven't found what you are looking for, Broadway at the Beach is just a short drive and offers more resturants, shopping and entertainment. Also a short drive from the resort are the Myrtle Beach Pavilion amusement park, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Ripley's museum, as well as over 100 golf courses. If miniature golf is more your style, you are in luck, there are miniature golf courses to fit any need. All of Myrtle Beach's most popular shows are a close driving distance and include Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Medieval Times, Legends in Concert, Alabama Theater, and The House of Blues. If you love shopping, you also have the Tangier Factory Outlets to shop at.

 Reservation cancellations more than 60 days in advance- all monies less $50 processing fee will be returned to you. 60 or fewer days in advance will be subject to a refund minus $50 processing fee and forfeit $100 security deposit. In the event of a weather related MANDATORY EVACUATION in the area we will refund the NIGHTS THE MANDATORY EVACATION WAS IN EFFECT ONLY. No refunds for weather related events unless there is a mandatory evacuation.

Deposit Information: We require a 25% downpayment to complete the booking. The downpayment must be received within 7 days of the booking. The balance is due 30 days before scheduled travel. Weekly rates do not include 13% sales tax. We require a $100 refundable security deposit.

Additional Information: In order to provide our condo at a discount, we do not provide daily maid service. One set of bed linens will be provided. There are coin operated washers and dryers on the premises. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR YOUR STAY.
