Large, beautifully furnished, sunny home features: 4 bedroom, 3 bath; Upstairs - master king + queen bed & TV, second bedroom is a bunk room ( sleeps 4), shared bath with Jacuzzi tub; loft w/family room & futon (2) sleeping area, game room with pool & ping pong, darts, large screen TV with Satellite service, DVD, surround sound, high speed wireless access.

Downstairs two bedrooms - one Queen + twin with private bathroom/shower, one king + twin with full private bathroom.

Formal living & dining room, stunning fireplace, gourmet kitchen with sunny eat-in breakfast nook, D/W, gas stove, micro, pantry and more.

Back of house and deck - features 8-person hot tub - looks out onto undeveloped land - hike, mountain bike, cross country ski, snow shoe, snowmobile right from the house. Two-car garage and plenty of driveway parking.

Good dogs are negotiable!! We will not allow dogs under 1 year old or barkers! We have a fenced yard area next to house.

Rental Rates Summary

Rates are starting from: and vary depending on season.

High Season: Mid-December - April; July -September. $450/week night; $500/week end night; 2-night minimum.
Low Season: May, June, October, & November - mid-December. $300 - 450/night.

Monthly rates are plus utilities and other fees.

All rates are plus cleaning fees, 10% occupancy tax (waived on stays of 30 days or more) and refundable damage deposit.

No cancellations unless dates can be rebooked and will result a service charge of 30% applies.

Pet addemdum and small deposit required.
