This newly constructed beautiful villa can be your home away from home while you're on vacation. This beachfront property is located in a gated community on the french side of the island. The beach is named Armantine, which is a 10 minute walk from Orient beach and 5 minutes by car to catch the boat to Pinel Island (Yellow Beach). This villa can host up to 6 people comfortably with its master bedroom and 2 guest rooms. Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom. It has two additional half baths: one in the garage and the other by the bar area.

Area Description
The property sits on a protected natural reservation, which includes the land and the coral reef. It makes for a wonderful snorkeling experience. There are about 14 horses that graze on the land and they are very friendly. It is definitely a place to relax and enjoy your vacation at peace. Nearby, there are many restaurants and a 5-10 minute drive to Grand Case will help you find the finest dining in the Caribbean!

Rental Rates Summary
Rental fee is $700 for 2 people and $250 for each additional guest. For the week of Christmas and the week of New Years it's a flat rate of $3200. 25% of total rate is due upfront at time of booking and the remaining total must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
