This luxurious townhome was finished built in November 2007.

First floor consists of 892 sf with hallway, bathroom, king size bedroom, livingroom with dining area and a luxurious kitchen.
Second floor has 888 sf including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washroom with washer and dryer and linencloset in hallway.
The patio covers 712 sf including pool and a covered Lanai.
There is private parking for 2 cars right in front of the entrance to the home.

Livingroom:
It features a queen-sized sofa sleeper, coffeetable, chairs and seats. Ceilingfan, 42" flat screen TV and DVD-player, radio with CD-player and Interactive "On-Demand" Digital Cable and Pay-Per-View In-Home Movies. Internet.

Dining area:
Beautiful dining table with seating for up to 7 people,
kitchen bar has additional 5 seating.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen with the gourmet cook in mind.
Electric 4 plate stove/oven, large refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffemaker, toaster, blender, mixer and electric can opener.
It is generously equipped with lots of dinner sets, plates, cups, utensils, glasses, kitchen tools, pots and pans.

Bedrooms:
The bedrooms consist of two king bedrooms with 26" TV, one queen bedroom with a 19" TV, and one family bedroom with a full bed with twin bunk bed and a 19" TV .
There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms except for the family room. Spacious closets and dressers in all the bedrooms.

Baths:
The Master bath on the 2nd floor has dobble sinks, hairdryer, lots of closet space, bath tub with shower and a separate room with toilet. Guestbath on the 2nd floor features dobble sinks and closets, and a separate room with toilet and shower.
Bath on the 1st floor has toilet, shower and sink with closet.

Patio:
The patio is the gathering place in this home!
With its heatable enclosed, private splash pool and generous pool deck. Table and chairs under the covered Lanai, and loungers, all for your private enjoyment.
Nothing beats an evening by the pool, a glass of wine enjoyed in company with the sound of crickets and the breeze in the palmleaves....!!

This lovely town home will accommodate up to 10 people very comfortably.

A highchair and baby crib is available in one of the closets. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is upstairs in the washroom.

There is of course Central Heat and Air Conditioning, and fire/smoke detectors and intruder alarmsystem.

The phoneline in the house can be opened by the reseption at the clubhouse in Paradise Palms. They will provide pricelist.
Heating the splashpool :  USD 150,- per week.
Payment for poolheater is made directly to management by guests at check in on arrival.

There are 2 Jacuzzi spas (one is in grotto that has a cascading waterfall and the other is for those who want exposure to the sun). The depth of the gigantic lagoon-style swimming pool ranges from 3' to 5' and is accessible for physically handicapped people. There is a separate kiddie pool for the younger children and a very large lounge area. Just off to one side are the tennis courts and botchy ball courts and the other side has a picnic and BBQ area for family cookouts while enjoying the pool.

Located within the private gates, residents enjoy a tropical oasis of beautiful swaying palm trees, lush green foliage and colorful exotic flowers.
