Marbella Martini was recently renovated and offers both comfort and style. Enter the property through the private courtyard with lots of greenery. The interior invites you to settle in on the sectional sofa that faces the fireplace and flat screen TV.  The kitchen has a pass through counter bar that opens into the living area so the cook is never alone. The master suite has a Cal-king bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, ceiling fan and flat screen TV and a private bathroom of it's own.

The courtyard offers a seating area near the fountain and a patio table with seating for six near the gas grill.

The community of Silver Sands Racquet Club is centrally located in Palm Desert. Adjacent to the JW Marriot Desert Springs Resort and across from Desert Willows Golf Course. A short 15 minutes from Palm Springs.
