Vacation Rental Description

We are new owners of this beautiful condo and your'e in luck because we still have a lot of open weeks on our summer calendar.  Take advantage of this great opportunity to rent a huge 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit in a great complex before our calendar fills up.
Our Watercrest unit is located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool. (Unlike the wrap around units located on the end of the building where you cannot see the pool.)   It has a direct Gulf Front, unobstructed view of the beach.  You are so close to the beach that you can see the faces of the people.  You can hear the sound of waves as you sleep!
Located on the 4th floor, our condo is high enough to avoid most of the noise from the pool and low enough for those who dislike high rises. 
This unit is 1440 sq feet!  There are wonderful Gulf front views from the kitchen, dining area, den and two gulf front bedrooms.
The balcony is very large.  All views from our balcony are directly gulf front. (as opposed to end units that have most of view to East or West  rather than South) You can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den.
Each of the three bedrooms have their own private bath, stocked with plenty of towels including beach towels for your convenience.
We have a good selection of games.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. 
Everything has been nicely updated. 
VRBO is the best way to rent a condo.  Unlike going thru a rental ageny,  you choose the exact unit you are renting.  You don't pay for a 3BR looking at a photo of a unit that has been nicely updated to find yourself arrive to a unit last updated twenty years ago.   Our unit is exactly as pictured!
We have installed a nice key pad entry system.  You won't have to worry how to get a key from me or need to return a key.  We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.
Watercrest parking is stress free. 
The parking lot has an ample number of spaces.  Parking is very near the elevators.  You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. 
You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer.
We've stocked our condo with games and puzzles.
We have FREE high speed internet.
Families and Retirees are welcome.   
There are no hidden fees.  The rates shown include rent,  parking for one vehicle, a one time cleaning fee and tax.  The only thing you'll have to add is a small reservation deposit which converts to be your security deposit which is fully refundable to you after check out.Watercrest floorplans, amenities, it's location on the quiet end of the beach make it the ideal condo for your rental.  The parking is easy and hassle free.  They have tennis, raquetball and shuffle board courts.
If you like to sit near the pool but don't want too much sun, there is a nice covered area with tables and chairs.  You can sit in the cool shade and relax and keep an eye on your family.
There are men's and women's fitness rooms with a sauna.
There is a hot tub outside.
The pool is heated in the winter and there is also a kiddy pool.
The 3 BR units have two gulf front master bedrooms that open to the balcony.
One Master has a King, the second has a Queen.  There is also a queen sleeper-sofa. 
The 3rd Bedroom has two twins. 
All three bedrooms plus the den have televisons.  
All three bedrooms have their own private bath!  No more waiting on a free bathroom!
The kitchen has both bar stools and a table with six chairs.
There are plenty of seating places on the large balcony.
Watercrest has only 10 units on each floor.  You will be able to find chairs by the pool or on the sunning deck.
There is a beach chair rental company right in front of the building.

Area Description

Panama City Beach has beautiful sugar white beaches.  Our condo is located on Thomas Drive.  Front Beach Road is loud and has bumper to bumper traffic.  You can reach all of the wonderful shops and restaurants at Pier Park without all of the hassles.

Summer rates $1,800 per week including cleaning, parking and taxes.
