The unit is furnished for comfort. Carpeting through out the unit. Electric washer and drier are located inside the unit in the fully furnished kitchen. A small kitchen set allows you to enjoy your meals in the kitchen or dine at the Oak Dining Room table set in the dining room. There is a two car attached garage. On the Patio you can relax in the comfortable patio furniture for four and use the charcoal grill.

The living room has a great view of the outside fountains in the courtyard through the Patio Doors. Two rocker recliners allow you to watch the 32” TV in comfort or lie on the couch.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a shower and enclosed toilet area, a king size bed, a 20” TV with a remote, phone with answering machine (local calls only) and alarm clock radio. Ceiling fan overhead.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second bathroom is located beside this bedroom. This bath has a tub and shower.
