This three bedroom, two bath condominium in the Bougainvillea complex is newly redecorated with a private balcony overlooking both the golf course and the ocean. Fully-equipped with fresh linens and towels and  a complete kitchen with all appliances. Enjoy access to the many amenities of Reserva Conchal or relax at the private condo pool just steps away from Condo Encanto.
The entire condo is air-conditioned and comes with cable TV and WiFi internet. Two comfortable couches face the balcony with its views of the Pacific Ocean. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, private bath and a sliding glass door to the balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ocean views. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and is next to a shared full bath.
