The sensational setting of this vacation home offers superb views over the Pacific Ocean, Flamingo and it's pristine white beach, the Catalina Islands and the Bay of Potrero - north. Unsurpassed!!
An exceptional infinity pool is surrounded by a huge terrace for the most memorable sunsets, happy hour and of course sun bathing. A curved staircase takes you down to an outdoor garden where you can relax in the outdoor jacuzzi.
The main entrance level has been designed to offer an open air flow from the kitchen through to the reading alcove. The kitchen has been appointed with granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances and all the necessary equipment you will require to make your holiday a success. The dining room, living room and reading alcove also offer you wonderful views to the ocean. Owners have furnished the home with top of the line detailing and have also provided a large stainless steel outdoor BBQ.
The second level offers you two large bedrooms both with king size beds and full bathrooms. The master suite has an incredible raised indoor jacuzzi with panoramic views making it a very romantic location for those special evenings.
Lower level offers plenty of room for entertainment sporting a large flat screen T.V., entertainment center, books, games and much more. Relax listening to the quiet flow of the indoor waterfall. This level also has a large terrace and flows through to the outdoor jacuzzi. Two bedrooms also with full bathrooms are appointed with queen size beds and the entertainment room has a futon for that "extra person".
