Casa Blanca Potrero sits directly on Playa Potrero, one of the safest swimming beaches in Costa Rica. Just walk out the back door, across the manicured lawn, and voila! Your toes are in the sand.

This beautiful two story home has recently been upgraded with new windows, air conditioning throughout, and a beautiful pool located right out the side door.

The main living area is on the upper level overlooking breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, the Catalina Islands, Flamingo, as well as views of the mountains and the nature reserve where the local Howler monkeys hang out in the morning. The three bedrooms consist of one queen bed, two double beds, and two double futons in the common area. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. Two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and refrigerator/ freezer. AC and ceiling fans throughout.

The bottom floor is a cozy studio with two double beds and a full bath, table and chairs, AC, ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster and dishwasher. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. There is no inside access between top and bottom floor.

Both the upstairs and the downstairs have access to the large swimming pool located just outside the house.

Area Description

Playa Potrero is one of the safest swimming beaches in Costa Rica. It has many restaurants and activities within walking distance, including those in Flamingo, and is just a short drive or cab ride to Brasilito, Conchal, Grande and Tamarindo.
