Vacation Rental Description

Clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath comfortable vacation home with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lake.  3 story chalet with rec room on ground floor.  Rec room has pool table, dart board, TV/VCR, couch, love seat, mini fridge and bar/game table and washer and dryer. 

Main floor has fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed, full size dress, night stands, large closet.  Bedroom is adjacent to full bath with shower/tub combination.  The living room has TV/DVD player with cable, a couch and recliner.  This is  next to a sitting area with couch and propane fire place.  Main floor has a large deck with picnic table, outdoor seating and grill.

Top floor has two bedrooms and full bath with shower.  One bedroom has a queen size bed with full size dresser, closet and two night stand; the other has a full size bed, small dresser and closet.  Loft area has two full-size futon, TV/VCR.  All sleeping areas have alarm clock radios. 

 

Area Description

Brier Crest Woods has a manmade lake with a beach area that is lifeguarded from Memorial Day - Labor Day.  There is a playground, basketball court, bathroom, and BBQ pit all at the beach area.  There are also tennis courts near the office.  The lake is a non-motorized lake and requires a PA fishing license to fish.

Located 3 miles to Big Bolder ski resort and 4 miles to Lake Harmony, 5 miles to Split Rock Resort and 6  miles to Jack Frost. We're also 15 miles from Tannersville Outlets and Camelback/Camelbeach.  About 1 miles from Pocono Raceway.

Rental Rates (In U.S. Dollars):

$750.00/week

Rental Rates Summary

New Year's Eve weekend $1,300 - 3 nights; 1000 - 2 nights

Winter rates - December - March - $975 per week/525 per weekend

Spring rates - April - mid-June - $750 per week/425 per weekend

Summer rates - mid-June - Labor Day - $975 per week/525 per weekend

Fall rates - September - December - $ $750 per wwk/425 per weekend.

Rates do not inlcude 9% sales tax (6% PA,+ 3% Monroe County).  All prices,fees subjec to change w/o notice, priot to signing of contract.  Security deposit of $300-$500 required and will be returned wihtin two week after inspection of rental property.

First deposit - first reserved.  Must be 25 years of age to rent (valid photo ID required); no smoking; no pets of any kinds and no parties - all are strictly enforces.

$100 cleaning feel will be dedcuted from the security deposit if house is not left as clean as it was found - no exceptions.  Linens will be supplied upon request only.
