Ideal for family vacation or a great weekend getaway in the North coast of the beautiful Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico. Gable Breeze is located 25 miles of the SJU airport or a 35 minutes drive. It's located in the city of Dorado. Dorado is a beach-town known as the paradise town of Puerto Rico. Is the perfect location to relax by the pool with family and friends or to play golf.

Area Description

We provide pots, pans, dishes, towels, linens and even a hammock, cooler and beach umbrella for you to enjoy while stay at the beach. Our unit also has TV DVD player and stereo system. Master bedroom with walking closet. Garage parking with automatic door opener. Pool, gazebo and two Children's playground within community.
The townhouse/villa can be rented for short or long term all year around. Airport: San Juan International Airport [code SJU] Distance: 35 minutes Close to Embassy Suites with restaurants and country club. Within 20 minutes drive: San Juan, oldest city in U.S. El Morro, largest fortress in Caribbean, and Plaza Las Americas, the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean. It is less than 1 hour drive to Camuy Caves and Caverns, 3rd largest underground river system in the world; Arecibo Radio Telescope, world's largest and most sensitive radio telescope. Barceloneta Prime Outlet Mall (without sales tax).

In Dorado you can practice Swimming, Scuba Diving, Shopping, Snorkeling, taste Fine Restaurants, Kayaking and Golf. Although renting a car is suggested. Chinese, Italian and Sea Food fine restaurants are closer. Near groceries stores, Walgreen's drugstore, Hagen Daz (ice cream parlor) Pizza Hut and many other fast foods. Short drive (less than a minute) to beautiful Dorado beaches, Cerro Gordo Beach and Country Club with famous golf courses of the Island, casinos and Casa Bacardi Rum Destillery.

Rental Rates Summary

$900-1000/Week
There is a minimum of 4 nights rental. 50% of total charge is required for reservation plus $150 for security deposit. Remaining balance due date is 30 days before arrival. Security deposit will be refunded if property rented has no damage to it after seven days of departure. Check in and check out time is flexible, depending on rental schedule. No pet is allowed.
Deposits
There is a 50% of total charge required for reservation. Payment must be made by Paypal, personal check, credit card (Visa or Master Card), certified check or traveler check.
Refunds
50% of reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival. No refund for early departure.
