We will honor our offers in writing for 10 days after the date sent by email . Balance due date is 30 days before arrival. Security deposit will be refunded if property rented has no damage to it after seven days of departure. Check in and check out time is flexible, depending on rental schedule. No pet is allowed. Refunds 50% of reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival. An administrative cost of 50.00 will be charge .
