Vacation Rental Description
Jaco Condo #1--2 Bedroom, 2 Bath--Sleep 4-6
Inaugural season. This unit can sleep up to 6 guests in beds. Additional guests could sleep on air beds or the comfortable couch. The master bedroom has two twin beds, and a conversion package to make it into a King. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. In the study / office there is a convertible couch that folds down to make another bed for one adult, or two children. The living room has a comfortable couch and love seat. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player. The unit comes with local phone service and cable TV with Spanish and English channels. Wifi internet is available on site, and for those without computers many internet cafes are just a short walk away. This unit also has two bathrooms, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Central AC keeps it nice and cool inside. This unit has great views of the pool area and mountains. In between the trees there is a SLIGHT ocean view. This unit is just 1.5 blocks to the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include a large pool and a smaller kids pool, playground areas for the kids, and multiple barbecue cabanas for poolside picnics.
Area DescriptionJaco Beach is located on Costa Rica's central pacific coast just 1.5 hours away from the San Jose (Juan Santamaria) International Airport. A new highway is being built that will allow you to drive from San Jose to the coast in just 45 minutes, once it is paved and open. Progress has been made on the road and recently, they finished all of the bridges.
Jaco is one of the most popular beaches in Costa Rica and has more tourism infrastructure than most locations. Jaco offers surfing, beach combing, night clubs, restaurants, casinos, shopping malls, canopy tours/zip lines, horseback riding, atv's, segway tours (coming soon), and much much more.
Base yourself in Jaco for the week and have easy access to some of the regions most popular day trips.
