Vacation Rental Description

We are a family-owned condotel tucked away at the end of a dead end street in a small residential area of Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Beautiful ocean and rainforest views, a great pool with waterfall, outdoor terraces, and friendly owners. 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos available. We are on a 3 acre property with lots of wildlife passing through here on a daily basis. Just a hop skip and a jump to town and some of the best restaurants in the area . The town is well equiped with several pharmacies , super markets , shops , great assortment of 

restaurants, hospital,airport and even a casino. There are 5 banks 

in town each has 

an ATM machine.

We are just 2 blocks up from the

ocean and new Marina Pez Vela . 

will soon offer shops and restaurants .

Due to clever design we can accomodate groups small or large as we 

can annex or segregate units as needed. for 1 -2 or 3 bedroom 

combinations with 1 - 2 or 3 bathrooms . At the same time offering privacy and independance.

Area Description

The condo comes with full kitchen . King bed in master bedroom , AC in

all bedrooms 

and main living area . There is an ocean view from 

the master bedroom and this opens off to a large rooftop terrace 

again with view of the ocean and pool. There is a terrace out front and another 

opens off from the second bedroom to the pool . The unit has 

security alarm and we have a child alarm for the pool. There is 

cable TV and high speed wireless internet . We are close to 

everything but NOT on the busy and some times noisy hotel row and 

just an 8 min drive to the national park.

The area is loaded with eco friendly family activities . Like one of 

our guests said "there is more to do here than Disneyland". We live 

on site and will be happy to get you started in the right 

direction . Most tours will pick you up right at the door and bring 

you back . Between flying boats , sunset sail tours , white water 

rafting and canopy tours , just to mention a few , we can keep you 

busy and assure you have a memorable experiance.
