This Beautiful Italian Villa Style home sits almost equidistant from Crescent Bar and the Concert location. That means you can water ski during the day and dance all night. Plus it is away from the main thorough fare to both so you have a quick and easy drive to both locations. Don't get caught in concert traffic.
