PUNTA CANCUN: conference centre, Forum shopping center next door,Plaza Caracol and La Fiesta, 2 min walk to BEST CLUBS and restaurants.Bus stops in front.New beaches(CHAC MOOL and Gaviota Azul), 30 metres of white sand.Lifeguard on duty.There are two convenience stores next door. Building is very nice and architecturally sound, has undergone renovations.
