Will trade for late August to early October time period, or late April to late June for Smoky mountains, summer in Hilton Head or Myrtle Beach,  or West Virginia skiing area in the winter.

Area Description

Lovely Cancun beachfront condo! The condo is a larger studio unit, and sleeps 6. This beautiful Cancun condominium is in an oceanfront complex, with a Caribbean ocean view. They are on a gorgeous, white sand beach, in the middle of the hotel zone. The complex is across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- like Sr. Frogs, Cocobongos. You are walking distance to restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping. It's a short drive to activities. Condominium is a larger studio unit, and can sleep up to 6 people. It is a 1 story unit. A fantastic deal! Cancun is the 'Jewel of the Caribbean'.
The condo is a studio with 2 queen beds. It has a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a microwave, apartment sized refrigerator, and coffee maker. The unit is fully furnished, with 1 full size futon couches.Driift off to the soothing sounds of ocean waves! It is a spacious studio. There is a nice balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! There are marble floors throughout the condo. There is a full bath. Taxis and bus lines are only a block away, and run consistantly.
The condo is furnished with a telephone, 1 TVs with cable, A/C, fan, laundered towels, sheets, kitchen, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The condo complex has 24 hour security guards, a convenience store nearby, phone and internet usage are nearby, tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). The address of the condo is 9 km Kulkulkan Blvd., Cancun, Q.Roo, Mexico, 77500. It is in the top of the Hotel Zone.
It's a perfect spot for families, or just the two of you! The condo has easy access to the inexpensive bus lines that run up and down the main strip, or taxis. The condo is in the top of the hotel zone, close to what's happening! It's just a short bus, taxi, or car ride to Senor Frog's, and other night clubs in the area. You can walk to shops and great dining. It's just a 15 minute drive to the airport, or to downtown. A fantastic vacation spot! Incoming calls are free, but you must pay for outgoing local and long distance calls in the convenience store.
You will be staying close to many activities. There are good shopping, fast food restaurants and fine dining nearby. The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can go on jungle tours, water park, aquarium, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum or Chichenitza (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and soak in the sun! Boat trips to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres are fun!
