I represent 1,2 & 3 bdrm units in this complex. The one shown here is a great oceanfront 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Xaman Ha in the gated community of Playacar, just a 3-5 minute walk to the town of Playa del Carmen. The condo is nicely furnished and features views of the pool, ocean and beach. The location is so close to the ferry dock, you can watch the cruise ships come in and out of port from your spacious balcony. This Xaman Ha unit has an eating bar and a separate dining area in addition to the oceanview spacious living room and balcony. Linens and towels are provided as well as lounge chairs around the pool. Xaman Ha is a short 3 minute walk to the town of Playa del Carmen and the ferry dock which has several 30 min. roundtrip passages to the island of Cozumel daily. You can also walk 10 min. to the World-class 18 hole golf course, tennis courts or Aviary in Playacar. Several Dive shops in town offer awesome Scuba diving expeditions out to the famous Palancar reef, the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. Playa Del Carmen is located just 35 minutes South of Cancun and offers many of the same powerdery white sand and turquoise waters, great restaurants and shopping without the towering hotels and crowds of tourists. This complex features a large fresh water pool, a swim-up bar, restaurant next door and within walking distance of the 18 hole golf course and Mayan Ruins steps away from the condo. You can also request one of our fine cooks to come prepare meals for as many or as few of days as you would like. Prices are subject to change. Please call for further details.
