Area DescriptionHouse with a View is only minutes from Cruz Bay and the spectacular North Shore beaches of St John. St John is the smallest of the three U.S. Virgin Islands. Two-thirds of the island is a U.S. National Park. One of the island's many beaches, Trunk Bay, is rated by National Geographic as one of the ten best beaches in the world. St John offers all kinds of activities: swimming, beach combing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, boating, fishing, hiking, horseback riding and tennis. The island has many fine restaurants to choose from, ranging from casual to fine dining. There are a variety of shops and boutiques in Cruz Bay and Coral Bay. St John also provides easy access to other U.S. and British Virgin Islands by ferry. Day trips are possible to St Thomas, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, Virgin Gorda and others.
