 Summer is coming; and that means racing season is approaching fast; so if San Diego is your destination for fun, then why not make your stay perfect!  This 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished condo, (sleeps 4) is located within one of the most sought after condominium projects on San Diego Bay; the Le Rondelet Condominium’s.  You'll enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio over looking San Diego Harbor/San Diego Bay  watching ships, sailboats and our local fishermen & U.S. Navy ships going in & out to sea.  At night enjoy your evening cocktail and/or dinner watching the flickering city lights of downtown San Diego.  Your days will be filled with all of our local attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Scripps Aquarium, The Wild Animal Park, Lego Land, Petco Park, Wine Tasting, Indian Casino’s, Seaport Village, The Star of India & The Midway or pay your respects at Fort Rosecrans just minutes west of the condo. Also close by are our many beautiful beaches located up and down our coast line, a multitude of golf courses, and depending upon the season we have professional baseball & football teams, horse racing at del Mar, gambling at the many Indian casino’s around the county. You also have Balboa Park, Museums, The Hotel Del Coronado, and La Jolla Shores all within 15 minutes from your home away from home.  If you rent a car, the unit comes with a reserved parking space within a secured gated garage, so Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, Dana Point and the Queen Mary and so much more are only a couple hours drive north and you have Mexico 20 minutes south. You can visit Palomar Mountain or the Cuyamaca’s only 30 minutes east or take a quick day trip over to Catalina Island as well.  There are so many activities to do here in San Diego, it’s hard to list them all, but if it’s something you enjoy doing outdoors, then there’s a good chance its available here in San Diego.

 

On those days you just wish to sit back and relax; the complex has its own private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, library & billiard table, and laundry facilities on each floor of the complex. Our local restaurants, many of which are within walking distance from the condo, can fulfill any craving you may have, from pizza to fine dining, all within 20 minutes from home. 

 

The unit has a sofa sleeper so with the airport within 15 minutes from your home, you may have friends or family come in for the weekend, it’s a quick trip in & out of the San Diego airport and on to having fun in the San Diego sun!

 

When you’ve recharged your batteries, there’s more shopping and our public transportation is readily available, including the San Diego Trolley system that will take you from downtown San Diego all the way to the boarder of Mexico. You also have the best fresh fish within walking distance from your home. Our local fishermen come in daily and you won’t get any better fresh fish to either eat on-site or take home and prepare yourself than you’ll get from the Pt. Loma Fish Market. This alone, will have you coming back, year after year!

 

We can negotiate longer term leases (6 – 11 months); however we require access to the unit during the month of August of each year. Sorry, no weekly rentals.

 

The unit is complete with all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster over, coffee maker, and toaster) & utensils, bedding & linens, walk-in closet, shower massager, and cable TV. Tenant is responsible for electric use, basic cable of $34 a month, and the unit is internet ready.
