Vacation Rental Description

We are located on the beach in the prestigious gated community of Villas de Las Palmas, just 5 minutes south of town. We offer a new, large home with private beach access and a single entrance which is then divided into two separate, self contained units, one upper and one lower. Enjoy your evening cocktail overlooking our unparalleled, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez as well as the town of San Felipe. The marina is located just one mile north of us.
Each level is self contained and has over 1500 sq. ft. of living space. Both have 2 bedrooms with a full bath and each has an additional guest bathroom. The upper level has a queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a double sofa bed in the living area. The larger, lower level (owner's quarters), has one king sized bed in the master's suite and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom.
Each floor has a dining and living area overlooking the ocean, a patio (or balcony) with table and chairs, and air conditioning and heating. Both have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, cookware glasses, silverware, blender, coffeemaker,dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Both offer reverse osmosis systems and a laundry room. Parking is limited so please inquire for details.

Area Description

The town of San Felipe is a small fishing village located about 125 miles south of Mexicali. It has gained much popularity over the last few years and still offers the quaintness of old Mexico. San Felipe activities include fishing, swimming, beach activities, shopping, and of course good food!

Upper level - $350 per night, 20% discount for 5 nights or more*.
Lower level - $395 per night, 20% discount for five nights or more*.
Rent the Upper and Lower level and get 20% discount from the first night.
Discounts do not apply for holiday periods, please inquire for dates.
