This luxurious end unit townhome is located within the magnificent Sandestin Resort. It looks out onto a small lake and is five minute walk to the Gulf. There is a first floor mastersuite and another bedroom and loft upstairs. There is a large patio with gas grill, furniture and fireplace. There are four bikes available for sightseeing around the resort. There is a well appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans and gadgets. There are 3 TV's, CD player, DVD players and a large comfortable livingroom and diningroom. There is plenty of shopping, dining and enteretainment choices without ever having to leave the resort.

Area Description

The beautiful resort of Sandestin is located 7 miles to the East of downtown Destin. There are four golf courses, many restaurants, stores and movie theatres close by. The beach is unsurpassed with its white sands and rolling dunes.
