The house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac road, is elegantly decorated in tropical Florida style with a delightful open floor plan and plenty of tropical foliage. The large, fully equipped kitchen features an eat-on counter and breakfast nook that overlooks the large, heated pool and water view. The spacious family room has a brick fireplace, large screen TV, DVD player and stereo system with speakers in every room and on the Lanai outside. A formal living room includes a large screen TV and VCR for your enjoyment. The house also features a formal dining room, laundry room, two guest bedrooms (one with a Queen size bed and another with two Twin size beds), guest bathroom, and a master bedroom (King size bed) with a private shower and Jacuzzi tub - looks out onto a creened atrium decorated with tropical plants, figurines and a water fountain. The house is just minutes from restaurants, shopping centers, and numerous local attractions.
