The elevated main floor (elevator available) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, covered and uncovered decks open outward for pool and lake views, large great room with dining area that seats up to 10 comfortably, and home entertainment center. The kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, cook top stove, microwave, blender, food processor, coffeemaker, pantry closet, trash compactor and every kind of utensil imaginable. There is a bar-top seating four in the kitchen. A gas grill is located on the deck outside the kitchen.

Area Description

A beautiful home in the Duneson Sanibel Island, a quiet country club community conveniently near the causeway for easy access on and off the island. Located on a lovely lot overlooking conservation land to the west to spectacular sunsets, and views eastward over the lake in the back rewarding the early riser with sunrise over the water. Spectacular wildlife abounds. Egrets, herons, hawks, owls and wood stocks are frequent guests on our lawn, osprey and occasional bald eagles fly overhead, and fish jump in the lake. Beaches are a short bike ride away.
