his two-story townhouse offers a space much like a single family home: Bedroom has a queen bed with a nice size balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or sunbathe privately... Unfortunately, someone has built two homes on the beach right across the street and has now blocked my view...but the beach is RIGHT ACROSS THIS QUIET beach STREET!



On the main level you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped, including dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster etc...... the dining room and living area are open to the kitchen with tile floors. A queen-size, sofa sleeper is almost new and I have been told VERY COMFORTABLE....and there is another full bath with shower, washer and dryer all on the main level.

Located in the quiet and relaxed little community known as Blue Mountain Beach... you can rent bicycles just around the corner and take a ride to Grayton Beach, Watercolor, or Seaside which are only minutes from this townhouse.

COUNT THEM... the beautiful, WHITE SAND is only 178 steps away from this townhouse and the beach is very quiet with very few people... a perfect spot to read, write, paint or contemplate...
