Our 3BR/3BA House #1 has lots of room for the entire family. Large kitchen/dining area. Living room has fireplace and flat screen TV. Upstairs is designed for children with 2 double beds and 1 twin bed. Upstairs Bath is perfect for children.

Main floor bedrooms: One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed.

Two shower bathrooms on the main floor. This house has two hot water heaters.
This house may be combined with our 1BR & 2BR Duplex Units and 3BR House #2. Units for 2-8 or rent the entire rental property for up to 26 people. Many added amenities in each unit type. All units have kitchen, many have jetted tub &/or fireplace.

Units are very close to Beach, River and Broadway St.

Rates for each unit will vary depending on the time of year. The rate of $200 is the lowest nightly rate for a 3BR House during low season.

Oct-March $200-$250 per night plus tax (2 night minimum)

March-June $250-$275 per night plus tax (2 nt min., Holidays are 3 nt. min.)

July & Aug $295 per night plus tax (4-5 night minimum)

September $225-275 per night plus tax (2 nt min., Holidays are 3night min.)
