This apartment offers a queen bed in the bedroom and a twin bed (set up as a daybed) in the living room.  This apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 people. 

The apartment offers cable TV, DVD, and wireless internet.  This apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with table & chairs, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinner ware, and linens.  Amenities include iron & board, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, all-cotton linens, down comforter.

Area Description

The apartment is close to several direct bus lines to downtown - there's no need to rent a car.  Within blocks, enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and shops, just a few minute's walk away.  Several large parks are just a few blocks away as well, with jogging trails, tennis courts, botanical conservatory, and art museum.  Experience a great neighborhood setting with a convenient location to all of the downtown sights and attractions.

Capitol Hill is a vibrant neighborhood with an array of restaurants and interesting shops. This is a very walk-able neighborhood with amenities nearby and conveniences such as grocery stores, variety stores, and eateries that serve until midnight. Coffee shops and cafes are easy to find, each with a character all their own. Take a day or two to just explore and experience the neighborhood!
