From this spot you can drive into downtown Seattle for shows, professional sports and cultural events. Drive south and around the lake to the burgeoning eastside of the Seattle-Puget Sound area home of Microsoft and many other high tech industries. 

Drive straight south to Emerald Downs race track or Muckleshoot Casino for fast and furious fun. This house is also the perfect place to commute to meetings and corporate work at Boeing because it is equidistant to both the Seattle and Renton plants.
