Stay in this apartment suite, with private entrance on the first floor, lake level of a new Italian style home. (The owners live upstairs.) Large 2 bedroom unit is exquisitely decorated. Access to private dock. Swim right outside the front door. Gorgeous views. The understated elegance between modern day comforts and natural surrounds of tropical paradise.
Full kitchen has gas range, warming drawer, instaHot, dishwasher, ice maker plus all necessary plates, flatware, utensils, pots and pans. Private bath has two sinks. Laundry room with full size washer-dryer. Fireplace in living room and bedroom. Handy parking and the peace and quiet of lake front living. Very romantic.
All just 30 feet from the no bank waterfront, with a private dock for summertime swimming, boating, and fishing. Three 8' French doors open directly onto the yard and shores of Lake Washington. The suite has Travertine floors, light and bright finishes with painted millwork through out.
Kitchen and baths have granite slab counter tops. Comfortable gas fireplace in the master and the living room. Surround sound music system through out the suite. Private deck can accommodate dinner for eight with a gas grill and even a fire pit for late night bon fires. Newly built in 2004. Ideal for a romantic retreat.
