One hour from Denver, 2.5 miles from the Silverthorne exit of I-70, our comfortable condo can serve as the base for your Summit County adventure. Free bus transportation is available on the Summit Stage to most Summit County attractions. We are located close to several world-class ski resorts: Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge and the legend, Arapahoe Basin. Vail, Beaver Creek and Steamboat are easy drives.

Area Description
Activities: Shop at the convenient Silverthorne Factory Outlets with 70 of the nations finest shops, just down the hill from the Condo. Horseback riding, hiking, biking, boating, fishing on the gold-medal Blue River, tennis, rafting, ice fishing, snowshoeing and downhill, cross country and telemark skiing are just outside your door.
Area: Our picturesque condo is 15 minutes from Keystone, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski areas. Only 30 minutes from Vail and 75 minutes from Steamboat.
Silverthorne, although not always on the map, is the "hub" location for 7 ski areas and various summer functions, all within a 5 to 45 minute drive.
* Try your skis on the trails of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail or Beaver Creek Ski Resorts. Don't forget Loveland and Arapahoe Basin. And Steamboat is only 90 minutes away. Whether it's downhill or cross country skiing that you enjoy, the trails and bowls are all waiting for you.
* Try your fishing rods in the "Gold Medal" Blue River. You'll soon find out what's biting.
* Cycle on paved or dirt bike paths that challenge all levels of riders. Try Boreas and Vail Pass or Swan Mountain Road.
* Shop till you drop at the 75 Factory Outlet Stores.
* Enjoy fine dining at local restaurants or cook here and relax.
* Hike or drive the paths and roadways over the Continental Divide, through ghost towns and beautiful countryside. Or take in the changing aspen trees from the back country trails. White River National Forest (formerly Arapahoe National Forest) offers scores of trails for your hiking and riding pleasure.
* Utilize the Hut to Hut programs year around.
* Snowmobile over mountain passes in winter or view the wildflowers in summer.
* Try whitewater rafting which is especially challenging during spring run off.
* Put a boat or canoe in Dillon Reservoir for some water fun. Take in the beauty of the water and mountains as the sun rises or sets. It takes your breath away!
