This is a beautiful residential area with 3 fabulous waterfront restaurants within walking distance of home.    Enjoy the oldest city in the nation and a pristine beach with no crowds.   Townhome has been freshly painted and newly furnished.  Home sleeps 6 - brand new Queen bed upstairs, brand new full bed on main level with potential for handicap access, and  Queen size sleeper sofa.  Kitchen is fully equipped with blender, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, etc.  Relax in the fully fenced backyard patio which has been recently landscaped or cook out on the charcoal BBQ. Equipped with beach chairs and beach towels!

Rental Rates Summary

$75 end of stay cleaning fee,$200 security deposit fully refundable, and a 10% bed tax on total rental.
