Vacation Rental Description

This unit is one of the few true three-bedroom properties in the walk-to-lifts part of River Run. Three-level layout has the great room on the top floor to catch the view. At about 2,600 sf, it has a bathroom for every bedroom, double garage and a private hot tub. The owners have equipped this property to work well for two small families. Each set of parents can have a king size bed and ensuite bath. Single beds are enough for two children, and there are two additional sofa sleepers. The owner has added air conditioning and a new grill on the deck.
This unit requires a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Area Description

River Ridge townhomes offer deluxe accomodations in the perfect location. With the main mountain access just across the Big Wood River, this is an excellent location for winter and summer guests.
This complex consists of 2+Loft or 3+Loft units. While most have a ground level entry, some units require use of a small stairway to access the front door. Please see alternate complex photos and descriptions for more unit specific information.
The bike path is adjacent to the town home and offers more than 20 miles for biking, roller blading and cross country skiing. River Run Lodge, lifts and trails on Baldy are about a three blocks walk on the bike path. Cafes, art galleries, theaters and other entertainment in the center of town are approximately a six blocks walk or take the bus. Fishing on the Big Wood river is only two blocks away and there are some huge rainbows to be caught! So whether its interior comfort or access to Sun Valleys many activities you desire, you can find it all at River Ridge.
