Vacation Rental Description

Wonderful ocean front villa on the remote outer island of Middle Caicos with a local population of approximately 275 person. Villa comprises 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one bathroom, full kitchen, family room, TV, CD and VCR players, music tapes and movies, short wave and analog radio, crib, 2 kids cots, front and back verandas, one sreened, air conditioning, all bedding and towels.

This is the old caribbean in a modern setting. Great swimming, snorkeling, fishing, beach walks right off our property. Rarely will you see another sole as there are only 6 other villas strung along our 5 mile beach.

Rental Rates Summary

20% down and balance 60 days prior to arirval payable by cheque, bank draft or wire transfer. Summer rates from May to October are $135.00 per night.
