Now the Country House Torre del Guado, sat in beautifully maintained and equipped gardens, is an elegant holiday farmhouse, located in panoramic position amidst the green and picturesque landscape of Tuscany, at northeast of Arezzo and close to Umbria.*** Our vacation estate features 5 self-catering apartments for rent, each one individually designed, with independent entrance from the garden, and excellent facilities for a memorable holiday in Tuscany: ecological pool, private covered parking, mountain-bikes,ping-ping, miny volley, 3 covered gazebos , private places with tables, chairs and sunshade for every apartment, an open barbecue with table where you can enjoy a barbecue or drinks outdoors, beautifully restored rooms for meetings, ceremonies ( catering service).

***The apartment Guado***:
this 2 level apartment with 3 rooms, occupies 90 m² -At the ground floor it offers: large living room with fireplace, TV sat, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen corner (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven), dining table for 6, washing-machine. On the first floor you can find: 1 large double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, convertible into double, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Single heating with counter, bedding, towels and tablecloths are provided in every apartment. In the environments a refined and welcoming atmosphere in the indigo tonalities. It sleeps: 4+2.***


LOCATION:
The location of the holiday home , at 3 sqm from Sansepolcro and 29 sqm from Arezzo, not far from Siena, on the edge of the Chianti wine region and of Umbria, is a perfect base for visiting Rome and many cities of art of Tuscany (Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Cortona etc.) and Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia...). They all are easily accessible through the nearby E45 speedway, situated only 3 kms from the villa, and A1 highway 34 kms far.

Area Description

Activities in the proximities:
* For history and art-lovers* this area everywhere is very rich and interesting for Etruscan tombs, Roman remains and medieval towns and, very famous, Signorelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio frescos in addition to the 'Piero della Francesca trail' around Arezzo, Sansepolcro & Monterchi. There are a number of music festivals in the region, including Umbria Jazz in Perugia in July.
**For those of you who prefer to indulge in sporting activities **:
-Trekking, Horseriding: 2 and 5 kms, Tennis courts, gym, 2 kms, Golf: at 6 kms, -Fishing 4 kms.
- Lakes Trasimeno and Montedoglio provide water-sports, trips to islands & a small beach, Sea: less than an hour by car.
-Thermal baths ( Fontecchio) and beauty farm 15 kms.
***If you are shopping-lovers*** this area is fantastic for Antiquary's objects and for "haute couture": there is, nearby, a great, exclusive shopping centre called" The Mall", factory outlets of Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, and other top designer labels. Not far away there is a similar Prada outlet.

* The apartment prices includes : water's consumption, gas, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning service, weekly change
of linen and towels, use of: washing-machine, swimming pool, mountains bikes and parking lot, taxes (10%).
*The price does not include: use of additional bed (€ 15,00 a day for every person) and the heating (charged on the spot according
to usage), wood for fireplace.
