Vacation Rental Description

Our attractive holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farmhouse. the complex is divided into one cottage and four apartments, and is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.

The apartment is on the first floor of the main building, with access from an outside stair and small loggia shared with Il Covo apartment. The entrance is directly into the sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen, the table can seat 8 people, on a side there is a nice comfortable leather sofa and a reading lamp. On the left of the entrance a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious upper room with three single beds, - in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.
EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator,bread toaster, mini food processorÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ plenty of everything you may need to feel at home. Candle holders. Hair Dryer.

Area Description

The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only four kilometers from the nice hamlet of Laterina. The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo and Siena, they are also the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno and Perugia are not so far away; since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany .The shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brand such Gucci, Prada,D&G and many others.
