Villa Sandra is a two story home surrounded by its private garden.
The villa is divided on two floors and totals to approx. 200 sq.meters (2000 sq. feet). There is also a cellar which can be used for put away space. The ground floor includes a large eat-in kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and cooking utelnsils and dishware. There is a large living room- dining room with door that leads into garden. There is one double bedroom completely furnished and one large bathroom with shower.
Second floor there are 3 large double bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower and an extra room used as a reading room. The large master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the village, the garden and the nearby stream.

Area Description

Villa sandra is located in the countryside of the mideival city of Lucca. Lucca is an important city in Tuscany and one of the best kept midieval cities of Italy. It is only 1 hour from Florence, half-hour from Pisa and 20 minutes to the coast, 2 hours to Cinque Terre.
