Bayside Bure (bungalow) is located at Lesiaceva Point only 6kms from Savusavu town and just a stone's throw away from the famed Jean Michel Cousteau Resort. The bungalow sits on a grassy knoll overlooking the crystal clear waters of Savusavu Bay. Right across the road there is a lovely white sand beach where swimming and kayaking is great at high tide. Enjoy magnificent snorkelling along the edge of the reef or just loll on the lilos (water airbeds) and enjoy the water temperature...
Accommodation is a fully screened bedsitter (beds/living in one), with two single beds, lounge chairs, open wardrobe and shelving. Bathroom has hot water shower and laundry and opens outside for easy access from beach. Full kitchenette looks out over the beautiful bay and is equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, hotwater jug, sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery. Iron and ironing board provided. All linen and towels supplied. Radio/CD player and TV and DVD player provided. The two decks at the front of the bure are the perfect places to have a morning cuppa or to enjoy a sundowner at sunset. Relax during the day with a good book and listen to the waves breaking onto shore. Snorkelling gear and lilos (water airbeds) available on request free of charge.
A basic pantry starter kit is provided (salt, pepper, sugar. etc.) however the supermarkets in town are well stocked with most items. Fresh fruit, vegetables and fish are available at the local market. There is a Hot Bread shop and a very well stocked wine store in town. The Savusavu Yacht Club, the Waitui Marina and the Planters Club welcome visitors. Small cafes offer a selection of burgers, fish & chips, curries etc. and our 5 star seafood and steak restaurant, Surf n Turf, at the Copra Shed Marina offers mouthwatering cuisine.

Area Description
Savusavu is located on Vanua Levu which is the second largest island in Fiji and is serviced daily by our domestic carrier, Pacific Sun. Often referred to as Fiji's "Hidden Paradise" Savusavu appears to be much the same as it was 30 years ago. The population is a multi-ethnic, multi-racial and multi-cultural mix of smiling friendly people.
Lesiaceva Road runs along the edge of the bay and is serviced four times daily by local buses. Taxis are easily accessible by phone.

Rates are in USD dollars and full payment is required upon arrival. A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking and a credit card guarantee of F$150 is taken in the event of property damage - refunded upon departure. No refund for cancellation less than one week prior to arrival.
