The Bay Breeze Cottage is actually a duplex beach cottage comprised of two adjoining units...a 1,000 square foot, two bedroom, two bath cottage for up to seven guests, and a 1.500 square foot , three bedroom, two bath cottage for up to nine guests. We rent them separately, or rent both of them combined so that sixteen guests have five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.
