This air conditioned 3 bedroom/2 bath adult rental is located in a peaceful neighborhood just off I-82 , 3.5 hours from Seattle and Portland, 2.5 hours from Spokane.  The house accommodates up to 8 adults with queen beds in each of the 3 bedrooms and a queen/couch sleeper in the living room.  

Conveniences include a fully equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, patio, TV/family room, hi-speed internet, laundry room, and 2 car garage.

Rental Rates Summary

2 night minimum stay:  1-2 Guests/$300; 3-6 Guests/$450; 7-8/$550        $90 per each additional night's stay.  $200 refundable cleaning/damage  deposit.
