The Condo is nicely furnished and equipped. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a full bath. The fully equipped kitchen opens up into a large open plan dining and sitting area. Off the sitting area you have a balcony where you can relax, dine, cook on the built-in BBQ and watch the sea.
You have everything you need for your stay here, from linens, to pots and pans, to a hairdryer. A lock-up garage for one car is included plus there is plenty of secure parking. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

Area Description
Hermanus is the premier seaside resort in the Western Cape, popular with both South Africans and overseas visitors. Just 90 minutes from Cape Town, Hermanus is rightfully listed in the book "1000 Places to See Before You Die".
The town is famous for its champagne air, for the 13-kilometer long cliff walk, for its fabulous coastline, for great beaches and for the world's best whale watching.
"Marine Terrace" is a three-bedroom, two-bath condominium located in the Eastcliff section of town, midway between the Old Harbour (town centre) and Voelklip.
You are a 2-minute walk from the Marine Hotel, the finest establishment in town. You are five minutes on foot from the Old Harbour. You are a 5-minute walk from Grotto Beach, one of several fine beaches in and around town.
You are virtually across the street from the Hermanus Golf Club (open to the public most days). You are oceanfront, with only Fynbos (native vegetation) between you and the water. You have full ocean views from the balcony, the sitting/dining room and the main bedroom. There is a swimming pool on site, as well as a sauna.
The Old Harbour is the hub of this old historic fishing village. The area is filled with excellent restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and all the necessities of life type of shops.
The Old Harbour is the best spot in town for land based whale watching with its own whale crier to boot. Listen to him as he sounds out his Morse code indicating the location of the whales - get your picture taken with him, too. He is the most photographed person in Hermanus. Visit the open-air crafts market.
