Lakefront home on crystal clear,sandy bottomed, 110 acre Forest Lake at the junction of NH,VT,& MA will be your long awaited retreat in the whispering pines, shimmering lakes, and beautiful foliage of New Hampshire. The Great room with 25' high natural pine cathedral ceiling, skylights, entertainment center,AC, and fireplace is comfortably, casually, and uniquely furnished. It looks out over the pristine well stocked Forest Lake that lends itself to a memorable vacation with family and friends. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen, WITH EVERTHING,incorporates a Jennair oven/range/grill, refrigerator/icemaker, dishwasher with all utensils, equipment, spices, condiments, etc. will make it difficult to try the eclectic restaurants in Keene, New Hampshire or historic Brattleboro, Vermont nearby. Three Bedrooms (2Q,1D), 2 queen hide-a-beds in living room and 4 season sun-porch (the Kids Suite!) with 2 single beds, their own tv,vcr and ability to close themselves off allow for a peaceful nights rest after a nice bath in the Jacuzzi tub or from Apr to Thanksgiving in the outdoor 6 person hot tub overlooking the lake. An additional living room/sitting area with wood stove and AC gives you a chance to plan your day fishing for the foot and a half long trout,bass,horned pout,or really dumb sunnies, swimming off the 12'x12' floating dock, using our 2 canoes,kayak or rafts on the lake. The fall foliage season is magnificent right around our home or climb Mt Monadnock (the most climbed Mtn in the world!) to get a 100 mile view on a clear day. Afterwards rest those weary muscles in the Hot Tub, listening to your favorite music on our outdoor speakers as a magnificent sunset lingers over the lake. Winter brings cross country skiing right from your door, with our 10 full sets of XC skis, boots & poles, 12 diff sizes of skates, hockey sticks, pucks, sleds etc. Big time downhill skiing is within an hour, snowmobiling is on marked trails,ice skating, ice fishing or just relaxing around the wood stove or propane fireplace while enjoying one of the 150 movies, current & unusual books, or classic games makes a long winter's night pass very pleasantly. If your wanderlust strikes, try antiquing and shopping in sales tax free NH, playing golf, hiking, biking, leaf-peeping, or attending one of the many auctions, flea markets, concerts,theatre, shows or festivals in the area. Maybe best of all, just grab a book,snuggle in a chair by the fire, on one of the 3 outdoor decks, in a floating lounge chair and just let your cares drift away as the sun slowly sets out over the lake! Very comfortably, beautifully, and somewhat uniquely furnished (i.e 6 sofas, antiques,musical instruments,fresh flowers on the 10 person dining table!) 2 Canoes, Tandem Kayak,Paddleboat, rafts,tubes,swim platform,lifejackets,10 bikes, big,small,training wheels and one built for two!,2 strollers,horseshoes,4 sets of golf clubs,ping pong table,regulation poker table with quality chips,darts,bocce,9 hole mini golf,volleyball/badminton net with racquets/birds,hammocks, outdoor firepit,fishing equip, sleds,10 sets of cross country skis & skates,BBQS(propane & charcoal) 2TVs,2VCRs,DVD(app 150 movies),CD& tape player(app 200 CDS),awesome system with controllable speakers in every living area and outside,lots of current & unusual books & games. Although there is full airconditioning, the breezes off the lake and remote controlled skylights will keep your very comfortable. Bedrooms are 2Q, 1D and 2Q hideabeds & 2 singles in separate rooms with a crib & playpen/crib & highchair available. We do ask vacationers to bring their own sheets,pillowcases and towels. We have plenty of pillows,blankets, quilts, bath towels and extra linens if you forget any. Full gourmet equipped kitchen with Jennair range/oven and Refig/icemaker, dishwasher,microwave,all utensils, blenders,extensive spices,baking supplies, condiments,salad dressings etc. Large bathroom with double sinks,Jacuzzi Tub/shower, heated towel rack, full capacity washer & dryer. Full poured concrete dry basement with sep kitchen (for cooking the holiday bird)with ping pong,poker table, darts,practice putting green,stereo,heat,workbench with tools and ski tuning equip, completely enclosed large 2 car garage with tools,toys & firewood. We are very flexible Nov thru May and often offer bonus free time
