Vacation Rental Description
The villa was almost completely rebuilt in 2005 to a very high standard. All rooms have coastal views.
The upper roofed balcony is over 50 foot long and usually has lovely warm coastal breezes. All rooms have screens on the doors and windows. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans, and some have air conditioning (but we doubt you will need it).
The Jacuzzi® is half-shaded in case you find the sun too hot, and the water runs down a waterfall under a bridge to the pool.
Our driver will meet you at the airport and can arrange to meet any travel needs, such as a car rental, etc., as well as arranging any other activities during your stay.
A chauffeur-driven service is available for your entire visit if needed.
Our friendly on-site manager is there to help you with anything you may need, as well as looking after the pool and garden.
He has his own scooter, so if you need anything at the shops, he is your man.
Aleyda is our experienced cook who will prepare and cook your food; she will also clean the villa and wash and iron your clothes. With 5 or more guests she will have an assistant. With 8 or more she will have 2 assistants. She prepares some superb Dominican dishes. Meals can be eaten in the dining room or outside on the balcony.
There are many good local restaurants nearby including Chris & Mady's,Papillon,and Dos Amigos all within walking distance..
Cofresi Beach is a 15 minute walk away and has nearly a mile of golden sand.

To the east, the whole city of Puerto Plata (3 miles away) can be seen, with views extending all the way to Sosua.
To the south, Puerto Plata Mountain and beautiful hills extend all the way to the west coast.
Enjoy a full 360-degree vista, which is particularly spectacular at nighttime.
